Providing and maintaining a fair working environment for all employees is one of our highest priorities.
Creating a healthy and safe workplace is a fundamental responsibility of our organization.
We believe that a work environment built on respect, understanding, and trust enhances employees’ dedication and overall success, and we strive to uphold this culture with great effort.

1.1. Our Principles

  • We conduct our operations in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate.

  • We expect our employees, suppliers, and subcontractors to act in accordance with legal requirements and to fulfill their obligations properly.

  • Our Human Resources policies ensure fairness in all practices, including recruitment, career planning, employee development, compensation, rewards, and social benefits.

  • We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind based on language, race, color, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, disability, or any similar reason.

  • We respect the privacy of our employees’ personal lives and give utmost importance to the confidentiality of personal information.

  • We promote a cooperative, positive, and harmonious work environment, and encourage respectful and motivating communication in all verbal and written interactions.

  • Any violation of the physical, sexual, or psychological integrity of employees—whether in or outside the workplace—is strictly prohibited.

  • Mobbing (any form of systematic harassment or behavior intended to demoralize or force an employee to resign) is strictly against our legal and ethical principles and will not be tolerated.

  • We fully comply with Occupational Health and Safety standards to ensure safe working conditions for all employees.

  • Child labor is strictly prohibited and unacceptable.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY

All financial data, proprietary and intellectual property, product and process designs, innovations, inventions, patents, business strategies, confidentiality agreements with customers and business partners, process performance data, and personal information of employees are confidential — whether printed, visual, audio, or digital.
Our confidentiality standards also apply to all forms of customer property (information, technology, etc.).

2.1. Our Principles

  • Ensuring the effective use, proper sharing, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information is a shared responsibility of all employees.

  • Information may only be used within the scope of an employee’s duties and responsibilities; it may not be altered, copied, or shared with third parties.

  • Gifts must respect social and cultural sensitivities and must not cause harm.

  • Donations to global organizations, institutions, or campaigns under our social responsibility activities require upper management approval.

4. CONFLICT OF INTEREST MANAGEMENT

Avoiding conflicts of interest in all business activities is a fundamental priority.

  • Employees must not use business relationships for personal gain or engage in financial collaborations with suppliers or partnered organizations.

  • Employees may participate in non-profit organizations, social responsibility initiatives, associations, or academic events with management approval, provided their duties are not disrupted.

  • Personal visitors may not be received during working hours except for urgent or approved cases.

6. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

All employees are responsible for acting in compliance with the law, understanding and internalizing this Code of Business Ethics, reflecting it in their behavior, and promptly reporting any violations or potential violations to their managers while respecting confidentiality.

7. IDENTIFICATION OF UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR

The company commits to avoiding business relationships with individuals or institutions that violate these principles and may terminate existing relationships if necessary.
