Flexible PVC Compounds and Granules
In flexible PVC formulations, plasticizers, stabilizers and other additives jointly influence flexibility and processing. Select an application grade against defined technical targets.

Hardness alone is not enough
Two compounds with the same Shore hardness can differ in tensile strength, elongation, cold behaviour and migration. Test samples against the finished part's thickness, contact medium and service temperature. The performance of the whole formulation matters more than any single additive.
Application-specific evaluation
Assess electrical and thermal requirements for cable, flexibility and contact conditions for hoses, and deformation and compatibility for gaskets. Sharing the required properties and processing information helps define the appropriate grade and sample plan.
Include in your sample enquiry
