As PLASTAY KİMYA, the leading brand in the CHEMICAL industry, we export to more than 30 countries and provide input to our country's economy. We are looking for R&D Specialist and Assistant Specialist teammates to work together in our R&D Center.

Job Description

To carry out new R&D and product development projects,
To follow market trends and literature.
To design and carry out projects for product types suitable for the data obtained from here,
To make and report competitor product comparisons based on analysis results and performance evaluations,
To conduct customer trials of newly developed products and to prepare all information regarding the promotion, use, storage and safety of the product before it is released to the market,
Taking part in the transition process of products to mass production, transferring R&D products to production on an industrial scale.
To follow technological developments and develop innovative ideas, to conduct research on new technologies, materials and methods, to scan the literature and to analyze the latest trends in the industry and to use this information to increase the competitiveness of the company and to make suggestions to improve the innovative aspects of the products or processes.
Taking part in the development of new products or services.
Analyzing customer requirements, identifying design features, and prototyping the product or service.
Taking responsibility for planning and conducting the tests needed, evaluating and improving product performance.
Playing an active role in the project management process.
Perform tasks such as setting the project schedule and budget, allocating resources, coordinating team members, and monitoring project progress.
Communicate with the project team, plan tasks, and ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.
Collecting, analyzing and interpreting experimental data.
Reporting the results obtained from these analyzes and presenting them to the managers.
In addition, establishing the necessary measurement and testing systems for monitoring product or process performance and ensuring that data collection processes are managed.
To establish effective communication between other engineering departments, production teams and management, to cooperate with different teams, to share progress in projects and to act by considering feedback.
At the same time, to work in accordance with the innovation goals of the company by sharing R&D activities with stakeholders.
To ensure that the necessary quality assurance methods are used to ensure the quality of products or services.
By setting standards, analyzing errors in products or processes and ensuring that corrective action plans are developed.
Evaluate customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

Graduated from the relevant undergraduate departments of universities (Chemical, Chemical Engineer, Polymer Engineer)
Preferably a Doctorate or higher degree in the field,
Preferably having at least 3 years of experience in Plastic Compound, plasticizer and stabilizer production or testing laboratories,
He/she will be able to coordinate the process from raw material supply to prototype production in the specification specified in the TDS,
Preferably, he/she has carried out his/her studies within the R&D Center, and has at least 2 years of experience in R&D projects literature research, formula development, process optimization and project management,
Has high ability to cooperate with stakeholders, strong communication skills,
Having a good command of English language knowledge and able to conduct research at an academic level,
Having a careful and meticulous, questioning, analytical perspective on business follow-up,
Able to develop alternatives, work solution- and result-oriented,
Having analysis and reporting skills, advanced presentation skills,
Able to use Microsoft Office programs and preferably CANIAS ERP system at a good level,
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, open to development and prone to teamwork,
Completed military service for male candidates,
E-5 residing in Darıca, Gebze, Çayırova or Istanbul Anatolian side.
